Pre-Treatment

Avoid blood thinners, NSAIDs, and alcohol 24–48 hours before

Stay hydrated and eat a light meal

Avoid strenuous activity the day before

Day of Treatment

Arrive with clean skin; wear comfortable clothing for joint access

Blood will be drawn, processed, and injected into the joint

Mild discomfort or pressure during injection is normal

Post-Treatment

Rest the treated joint for 24–48 hours

Avoid heavy exercise, stretching, or impact activities for at least 1 week

Ice the area for swelling or discomfort
What is Joint PRP?
Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy uses your own blood to promote healing and reduce pain in joints.
What does it help with?

How long does the treatment take?
About 30–60 minutes, including blood draw and processing.
When will I see results?
