Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and NSAIDs 24–48 hours before

Avoid retinoids or aggressive exfoliants on the area for a few days

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin

Day of Treatment

Numbing cream may be applied

Minor swelling, bruising, or pressure during injections is normal

Post-Treatment

Do not rub, massage, or apply pressure to treated areas for 24–48 hours

Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat for 24–48 hours

Ice gently for swelling or bruising
